Whether working in residential settings, hotels, or commercial facilities, you'll play a vital part in maintaining high standards of sanitation, floor care, laundry, and overall cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure hygiene and presentation standards are met. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain a pristine appearance. Maintain high levels of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, and other high-touch areas following health guidelines.. Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning tools are properly stored and maintained. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure swift resolution. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Familiarity with janitorial equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors. Experience with or supervising housekeeping teams is advantageous.
