It functions like a hotel with high standards. Job Overview We are looking for one or two reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our hospitality team. Our property includes a mix of fully furnished Studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments that require different types of cleanings depending on the stage of a guest's stay. This is more than just "cleaning apartments." Our goal is to create a polished, welcoming experience that feels noticeably different from a typical rental stay. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work communicate well show up consistently work efficiently and independently care about maintaining high hospitality standards Responsibilities Perform different cleans based on company standards Maintain consistent 5-star cleaning quality across all units Follow established cleaning systems, checklists, and processes Communicate proactively regarding scheduling, supplies, or unit issues Help maintain organized and professional housekeeping standards Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Requirements Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong communication skills Able to work independently and stay organized Open to feedback and willing to learn established systems/processes Reliable transportation required Hospitality or short-term rental cleaning experience preferred Position Details Part-time, 1099 contractor position Cleaning volume will fluctuate based on occupancy and seasonality Most cleanings occur Mon-Sat 9am-4pm Weekly pay via ACH direct deposit upon invoice submission Opportunity for additional responsibilities and growth over time Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a passionate team committed to excellence!
