In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication ensures guests enjoy a memorable stay, feeling valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Follow established janitorial procedures for industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning carpets or upholstery when required. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any damages or issues promptly to management. Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control and adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills •We are willing to train - No experience is required However, we would like you to possess the following traits: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety. Communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest needs professionally. Professional demeanor & attention to your own personal hygiene and dress. Have an "I CAN" attitude and a positive disposition.
