Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and properly arranged Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning Follow safety procedures and uphold hygiene standards at all times Assist guests with special requests related to room cleanliness or amenities Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring every guest's stay is spotless and comfortable!
