Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Carry out custodial tasks such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies. Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring proper care and handling. Conduct floor care activities, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors. Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to perform floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various surfaces. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
