Our housekeeping team is the backbone of that experience, ensuring every room feels like a home away from home. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly team! About the Role As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and fully stocked. This is a fast-paced position that requires physical stamina and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards within established time limits. Make beds and change bed linens and towels. Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Restock guest room amenities, toiletries. Empty trash and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner. Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Respond to guest requests for extra amenities or services in a friendly and professional manner. Qualifications & Skills Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks is a must. Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team. Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift up to 25-50 pounds. Basic communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel setting, is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided). High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
