We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).
General Purpose:
Provides daily cleaning services for all aspects of the operations, including cleanliness of the offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, and other areas as required.
Essential Duties:
Provide daily cleaning for all of the operation, including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities. Perform light cleaning and heavy cleaning, including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays. Identify and report to the supervisor when supplies are needed. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
Less than high school education; or one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, and sits. Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks, and hears. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals. Noise level is moderate.

Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, and the manuals for the equipment associates may use are in English).
