Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our spaces are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential or commercial environments, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the high standards of hygiene and order that our organization prides itself on. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and overall sanitation procedures. Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining storage areas. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or protocols is a plus. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects. Nice-to-have skills include cooking skills for hospitality settings or additional experience in hotel or hospitality environments.
