In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, providing excellent customer service, and creating a pristine environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the reputation of our property and enhance the experience of everyone who enters. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished appearance. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Assist with meal preparation or light cooking when required to support household needs. Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and general upkeep to ensure a tidy environment at all times. Support housekeeping management by following schedules, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Prior janitorial or custodial experience in hotels or hospitality settings is a strong plus. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods. Experience in laundry services and sanitation practices to ensure hygiene standards are met. Knowledge of housekeeping management procedures is beneficial for supervisory roles. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods comfortably. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor are essential for creating positive interactions with residents or guests.
