Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained. Conduct carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in various settings. Manage custodial tasks such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal. Execute housekeeping management duties, coordinating with other staff members to ensure efficient operations. Provide commercial cleaning services for business environments, adhering to specific cleanliness standards. Offer residential cleaning services that meet the needs of homeowners and families. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. Maintain floor care through regular maintenance and cleaning of different types of flooring surfaces. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
