Conduct janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces. Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to ensure operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and maintenance activities for accountability and inventory management. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial environments is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or residential painting is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely while working efficiently under minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in fast-paced settings. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform physical tasks required for thorough cleaning.
