Day Shift:

Begins around 7-8am depending on time of year, availability needed for as late as 5-6pm, often finishing earlier in the afternoon. This is a post-construction house cleaning position where you'll clean new homes right after they've been built. You may be cross-trained in some occasional general cleaning or janitorial type services, but the vast majority of your work will be construction cleaning. When it comes to our post-construction cleaning, we hustle to clean brand new homes quickly, removing dust and construction debris on a daily basis. Most are capable of the work we do, but please know that this is a physically demanding job, so PLEASE apply if you enjoy that type of thing! Pay Structure Outline:

Base Hourly Pay (Starting at $14 per hour): Paid for all hours worked, including drive time, meetings, training, work at the jobsite, etc. Bonus Hourly Pay (up to $4 per hour) Bonus hourly pay of Up to $4 per hour is added to the Base Hourly Pay for all hours in a given workday, depending on the speed for which work is completed in a given day. Bonus pay is awarded in Tiers depending on speed, with relation to our job speed targets. We calculate speed targets for a given day based on the scheduled jobs' square footage, and other job factors. Targets are listed for each job or day and the team is trained on how to achieve speed targets. If a crew meets or exceeds the job speed targets for a day, they are awarded $4 per hour in "Speed bonus" for all hours worked that day. If a crew misses the target, but is within 15% or less over the target (within range of the target), they are awarded $2 per hour in "Speed bonus" for all hours worked that day. If there are outside factors that make a target unrealistic or inaccurate, then the $2 per hour bonus pay may be applied automatically. If a crew does not meet the above speed ranges, or skips tasks, then it is possible that for a given day no bonus pay will be earned. Across all our cleaners, we see an average of around $2 per hour in "Speed bonus" pay added, but this will vary from cleaner to cleaner depending on speed. High performance, hustle, and effort yield higher bonuses. Some of our cleaners consistently earn more, and you can as well!•At RS Cleaning you'll work on a clean, friendly team with crews typically ranging in size of 2-4 individuals, some solo work possible once experienced. We meet at one location every day (either in Lehi or American Fork), and go out from that location in company vehicles to perform our work throughout the Wasatch region. All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided. All drive time is paid.•Please note: Full-Time positions range in hours, weekly hours commitment is customized to each individual based on availability and how busy the work schedule is. We offer a minimum hours guarantee as a safety net & baseline to all cleaners. Part-Time day shift positions may involve availability for fewer days per week, but still require the full day shift availability (as late as 6pm). For new hires, we expect a minimum availability of 3 weekdays per week, with the option of working only 2 out of those 3 days, depending on the days where the need is greater.•

Some cleaners are optionally cross-trained in power washing or additional window cleaning tasks.
