Live In Park City , Utah 84060 Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper / House Manager Park City, Utah 84060 A private family is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and proactive Housekeeper / House Manager for their second home in Park City, Utah. This is a full-time position supporting a warm, welcoming household that values a well-maintained, organized, and peaceful home environment. The family strongly prefers a live-in candidate and provides private living accommodations, including a separate bedroom and bathroom with its own entrance and a large closet. A local live-out candidate may be considered only if they have strong professional housekeeping experience in large private homes and the flexibility to accommodate the family's varying schedule. The residence is approximately 10,000 square feet with 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, several common areas, and outdoor amenities including a pool and jacuzzi. The home is used frequently during school breaks, long weekends, ski season, summer, and family vacations. The family also entertains and hosts out-of-town guests often. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, discreet, flexible, and able to take initiative. This person should be polite and pleasant, but comfortable working independently and maintaining a calm, quiet presence in the home. Prior experience cleaning and helping manage a large private residence is strongly preferred. Cooking ability is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Daily Housekeeping & Home Care:
Daily light housekeeping and general upkeep of the home Making beds and refreshing bedrooms Laundry, including washing, folding, and putting items away Keeping the kitchen clean, including counters, floors, appliances, and dishes Loading and unloading the dishwasher Emptying trash Light dusting and floor maintenance Rotating through deeper cleaning tasks throughout the week Keeping the home organized, stocked, and guest-ready Checking the home while the family is away, including dusting, flushing toilets, and ensuring everything is functioning properly
Household Management:
Liaising with the property manager regarding repairs, maintenance, and service appointments Monitoring household supplies and ensuring the home is well-stocked Organizing household areas as needed Helping prepare the home before the family arrives and resetting the home after visits Assisting during family visits, houseguests, and entertaining
Food Preparation & Cooking:
Cutting fruit and vegetables Meal prep Cooking breakfast as needed Preparing simple meals, with the ability to assist with additional meals depending on experience Helping with dinner parties, including setup, service support, and cleanup
Errands & Driving:
Grocery shopping Walmart, Target, and other household errands Dry cleaning drop-off and pickup Car service and car wash coordination Airport pickups and drop-offs as needed
Pet Care:
Light care for the family's small dog when she is in residence Feeding and taking the dog out as needed
Schedule:
The schedule will vary depending on whether the family is in town. When the family is not in residence, hours will be more limited and focused on maintaining the home, organizing, stocking, and preparing for the family's next visit. When the family is in residence, the candidate should expect longer days and a more active schedule, typically 5-6 days per week. Flexibility is essential, especially during school breaks, long weekends, ski season, summer, and when the family is entertaining guests.

Compensation:
Approximately $90,000-100,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and overall fit.

Requirements:
