Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and proper use of floor maintenance equipment. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and ensuring satisfaction with the cleanliness of the space. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock supplies as needed to maintain operational readiness. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling and coordinating cleaning activities in larger facilities. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong focus on sanitation standards. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial practices. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use. Experience with commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
