In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that contribute to a welcoming, hygienic, and well-organized environment. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help create a pleasant experience for residents, guests, or clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, or stripping and waxing tile surfaces. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to prevent contamination and promote health safety. Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks as needed to support household or hospitality needs. Manage custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Experience managing laundry operations efficiently within a busy setting. Background in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Knowledge of various cleaning tools and products used in professional cleaning services. Previous roles involving customer service in hospitality or residential settings will be considered an advantage.
