  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Inspector to join our team on weekends and during holidays.
In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to hospitality excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through thorough inspections and quality control. Duties Compile housekeeper's daily sheets/room assignments. Conduct comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met. Identify and document any issues related to cleaning, repairs, or safety hazards, and communicate these promptly to the appropriate departments. Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies before guest check-in. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to uphold high standards of hygiene across the property. Support housekeeping staff by providing feedback on cleaning quality and assisting with special cleaning projects as needed. Maintain detailed inspection logs and reports to track room status and ensure accountability for quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services, with a strong focus on quality control and inspection. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and general sanitation practices. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
