Daily Responsibilities:

Train new team members on daily operations and how to effectively follow the 49-Point Checklist Ensure new hires understand MaidPro's cleaning techniques, procedures, and approved products/equipment Coach and guide Pros to deliver the highest level of customer service Organize and lead both online and on-the-job training for new staff; monitor team productivity Conduct inspections and provide clear, timely feedback to trainees

Experience and Requirements:

Proven track record of delivering exceptional cleaning services Ability to influence, motivate, and coach others Experience in providing professional, friendly customer service Strong time management and multitasking skills Highly organized with keen attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and planning abilities Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

Reliable transportation and/or a valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Willingness to undergo a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and adaptable Ability to assess and support employees effectively A passion for continuous learning
