Part-time:

25-35 hours per week Paid travel time between client homes About Spotless Summit Spotless Summit Cleaning is a new premium residential cleaning company serving Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. We work with busy families and professionals who want their home handled with consistency, care, and clear standards.

Our goal is simple:

provide a reliable, polished home cleaning experience without the usual chaos of random cleaners, unclear expectations, rushed jobs, or poor communication. We are hiring our first professional cleaner. This is not a massive company where your opinion gets ignored. You will help shape how we clean homes, which products we use, how we improve the checklist, and how we build a better experience for both clients and cleaners. What Makes This Role Different This is an early role in a new company. That means you will have direct access to the owner, real input into how things are built, and the opportunity to grow with the business as recurring clients are added. We want to build this the right way from the beginning: realistic schedules, supplies provided, familiar recurring clients, and enough time to do quality work. Pay & Benefits $22.00 per hour Paid drive time between client homes during the workday $500 retention bonus after 6 months, based on attendance, performance, and good standing Biweekly direct deposit All supplies, equipment, and cleaning products provided Recurring clients and familiar homes Schedules based on the actual size and needs of each home Direct access to Dylan, the founder Opportunity to move into full-time work as client volume grows What You'll Be Doing Clean 1-2 client homes per day in Salt Lake City and the surrounding area Follow and help improve our hospitality-grade cleaning checklist Work with recurring clients who expect a familiar, consistent cleaner Communicate professionally with clients when arriving and leaving Show up on time, prepared, and ready to represent the Spotless Summit standard Report client concerns, home issues, or supply needs the same day Follow company safety procedures, including proper product use, PPE, and home access protocols Protect client privacy when handling keys, entry codes, home access details, and photos What We're Looking For 2+ years of paid residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable personal vehicle Valid driver's license Proof of auto insurance Clean driving record Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and service updates Authorized to work in the United States as a W-2 employee Able to pass a job-related background check Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative Clear communicator Comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats, including pet hair Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm Saturday as needed, 8:00 am-2:00 pm Approximately 25-35 hours per week to start Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows Attention to Detail If you read this far, we respect that. Ordinary commuting to the first job and home from the final job is unpaid unless otherwise required by law. This role involves working in private homes.
