Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to create a welcoming environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing with care and efficiency Operate dry cleaning equipment for delicate garments requiring special cleaning processes Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold hygiene standards Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry procedures to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines for prompt resolution Skills Proven experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning agents and equipment Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and equipment operation Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting linens or standing for extended periods Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service Join us in creating a pristine environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
