For any questions about benefits offered to employees at our facility, please visit: ensignbenefits.com/benefit-basics/benefits-quick-glance Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Duties include: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces Dispose of trash and biohazard materials according to facility policies Replenish supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) as needed Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times Laundry Duties inlcude: Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold facility laundry and resident clothing Distribute clean linens and personal items to appropriate areas Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Monitor inventory of linens and report shortages or damage Ensure proper handling of soiled or contaminated laundry Qualifications Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare or hospitality Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Pass a background check and employment verification check Must be able to walk many steps each day across a large building and be able to perform moderate lifting tasks
