Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using established protocols and quality standards Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing various flooring surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, surface disinfection, and deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens as needed Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Support housekeeping management in inventory control and reporting maintenance issues promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques for different surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest rooms and public areas Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly enhance our guests' experience.
