Housekeeping/Laundry Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. Your commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels in a timely manner. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques for various surfaces to maintain quality standards. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after use. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality standards and industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and floor care methods is beneficial.
