Be Still Getaways (BSG) is hiring a Turnover Specialist to handle cleanings for Airbnbs/short-term rentals in the following areas: Charlottesville, Staunton, Waynesboro, and Afton, Virginia. About Be Still Getaways Be Still Getaways is a boutique short-term rental management company dedicated to luxury experiences for our guests across Virginia. We currently have over 150 listings in our portfolio and we hold our properties to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Turnover Specialist to help us maintain that standard. Role Summary As a Property Turnover Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing our short-term rental properties between guest stays. This includes cleaning, restocking, and staging each unit so that it is guest-ready before every check-in. You'll be a key part of the guest experience — your work sets the tone from the moment a guest walks through the door. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms between guest checkouts and check-ins Change and launder linens, make beds to hotel-standard presentation Restock guest supplies including toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or missing items to the Be Still Getaways team promptly Complete same-day turnovers efficiently and on schedule Ensure the property is locked, secure, and guest-ready upon departure Communicate proactively with the BSG team regarding any concerns or scheduling conflicts Follow all Be Still Getaways checklists and property-specific guidelines Requirements Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties across the Virginia area Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Smartphone with ability to communicate via text and access digital checklists Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Our Standards At Be Still Getaways, our properties represent our brand, and we take that seriously.
