Independent Cleaning Contractor (Residential & Commercial) Ashburn, VA About Us Pro Ashburn Cleaning LLC is looking for experienced and reliable Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our growing team. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Ashburn area and are seeking professional cleaners who take pride in their work and customer service. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Responsibilities Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services Complete standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring cleanings Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and management Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Take before and after photos when required Maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment Report issues or damages immediately Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Must have a smartphone with internet access Ability to pass a background check Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently Independent Contractor Information Contractors maintain control over their schedules and availability Contractors may accept or decline cleaning opportunities Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, supplies, and business expenses This opportunity does not include employee benefits, workers compensation, or guaranteed hours Pay Competitive pay based on cleaning type, size, and scope of work Weekly payouts available Schedule Flexible schedule Monday-Sunday availability preferred Weekend availability is a plus Service Areas Ashburn, VA and surrounding areas
