The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as requested by management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is an asset. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed (up to 25 pounds). Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
