Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! Whether working in residential settings, commercial facilities, or hospitality environments, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier cleaning services that promote comfort and hygiene. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Conduct floor care activities including stripping, sealing, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety in all areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during residential or commercial cleaning appointments. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous service. Follow established safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality cleaning services is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, and floor care methods. Knowledge of sanitation standards and health regulations relevant to different environments. Prior work involving laundry services or housekeeper roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability. Experience in customer service roles enhances communication skills necessary for client interactions. Certification or training in commercial cleaning or specialized areas like carpet cleaning is advantageous but not required.
