Housekeeping and Laundry Departments :

Manage the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring that all areas of the center are clean, organized, and meet our high standards.

Promoting Interdepartmental Relations :

Foster strong working relationships with our nursing, therapy, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Safety and Infection Control :

Develop and implement initiatives to promote a safe and infection-free environment for our patients and staff.

Best Practices :

Establish and enforce standards of best practices for housekeeping and laundry operations.

Staffing and Training :

Ensure proper staffing levels and provide training and support to our housekeeping and laundry team members. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in environmental cleaning, preferably in a healthcare setting. Management experience preferred, but not required. Experience in floor care is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours and report to work within 20 minutes for urgent situations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, families, and visitors. Basic computer skills to manage daily operations and track performance metrics.
