Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a pristine appearance. Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed to support residents' comfort and satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are sanitized according to health standards. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating with other staff members. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, floor care techniques, and laundry procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with cleaning tools and products used in carpet cleaning, sanitation, and custodial maintenance. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
