If you think you have the skills to drive guest satisfaction scores, offer considerate and thoughtful care to our guests and serve as the face of the Homewood Suites, then you might be just the person we are looking for at ARP Hospitality. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Chesapeake-Greenbrier is currently looking for Housekeepers to join our housekeeping department. We are looking for customer service oriented people with friendly smiles and positive attitudes that enjoy interacting with guest and love the hospitality business.
Job overview:
Exceptional customer service skills Cleans guest rooms as directed by housekeeping manager Cleans bathrooms to hotel standard Changes linens daily, vacuums, dusting, polish walls, and furnishing. Follows all company policies and procedures Follows all safety procedures Assist guest requests in a friendly and timely manner Arrives to work on time and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to speak, write, read and comprehend written and verbal English Must be able to lift 30 pounds Must have reliable transportation Must be able to bend low and reach high to clean tubs, shower walls and floors Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to pass a background check. Previous hotel experience a plus
