Chesapeake, VA 23320 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Morning/Evening Houseman to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires flexibility to work either morning or evening shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, and service areas. Assist housekeeping staff with moving furniture, delivering supplies, and handling laundry as needed. Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly and disposed of properly. Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with luggage handling when necessary. Perform routine inspections of public spaces to ensure standards are met. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Assist with setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as required. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or a similar role preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including mornings or evenings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
