Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished appearance. Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces to ensure convenience and comfort. Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other high-traffic areas to uphold a welcoming environment. Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, buffing, and polishing. Previous hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards. Familiarity with hospitality operations and customer service principles to enhance guest satisfaction. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
