Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms to uphold cleanliness standards Handle dry cleaning services for delicate or special items as needed, ensuring proper care and handling Maintain inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, notifying management when stock levels are low Follow established safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and laundry machinery to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans in guest areas to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely room turnovers and overall cleanliness throughout the property Experience Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning tools is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
