Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Skills Strong cleaning skills with experience in various cleaning techniques and products. Knowledge of floor care practices including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices in commercial or industrial settings is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
