Job Summary Local Shine Cleaning is a renowned local house cleaning company in Hampton Roads. W e're searching for house cleaners who are looking to progress their career in a locally owned and operated business. Local Shine Cleaning has serviced hundreds of customers, and we are looking to grow our locally-owned business larger. House Cleaners who work with ushave lots of freedom while also having lots of structure provided to them. We allow our cleaners to adjust and pick their own working calendars and schedules while also being provided structure and the back end of operations to handle all customer service for them. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Conduct detailed sanitation and disinfecting procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Maintain cleanliness of common areas through janitorial duties like trash removal, dusting, window washing, and restocking supplies Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a secure work environment Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Ability to perform sanitation procedures adhering to health standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work independently with great attention to detail If you are interested in learning more about this position, please apply and we can set up some time for an interview.
