Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various commercial and residential facilities. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will help ensure our clients' spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and tile & grout cleaning. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Conduct custodial tasks including window cleaning (ground floor), surface disinfecting, and restocking supplies. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. Keep detailed records of completed tasks and communicate any issues or supply needs to supervisors promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or facilities maintenance. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and tile & grout cleaning. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to perform industrial or residential cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on health and safety standards. Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
