Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment in residential or commercial spaces, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating welcoming atmospheres for clients and guests alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques. Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks when required, ensuring food safety and presentation standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bedrooms by adhering to sanitation protocols. Manage custodial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and stored properly. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Experience with laundry operations including washing, folding, and stain removal. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment. Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Prior experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
