Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain their appearance and safety Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas requiring special attention Adhere strictly to safety procedures and use proper equipment when handling cleaning chemicals or performing specialized tasks Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and standards in hospitality environments Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
