• Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel or facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure inventory is always stocked.
• Utilize cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Respond to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
