Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest or resident needs efficiently Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety standards in accordance with hospitality industry regulations Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, completing checklists, and maintaining a positive team environment Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to hospitality or industrial settings enhances performance Familiarity with floor care equipment such as buffers or scrubbers is advantageous Experience in janitorial or custodial work demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Background in hospitality management or supervisory roles can be beneficial for leadership opportunities Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments is essential Join us in creating welcoming spaces where comfort meets cleanliness!
