Housekeeping Laundry Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and dry cleaning items as needed. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established protocols. Handle dry cleaning services for guests and ensure timely delivery of cleaned items. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel or housekeeping environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with laundry processes, including washing, drying, and dry cleaning techniques. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
