Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required for special events or deep cleaning initiatives. Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of custodial duties and industrial cleaning techniques is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
