Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and sanitation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household or facility upkeep, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to creating a pristine and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Manage sanitation procedures by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Uphold custodial standards by managing janitorial supplies, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Previous janitorial experience or hotel housekeeping background is highly desirable.
