In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across various environments. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, or clients. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is needed Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts when applicable Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and carpet cleaning techniques is a plus Experience with custodial or commercial cleaning environments highly desirable Basic understanding of housekeeping management practices is advantageous Join our team to deliver top-tier cleanliness and comfort!
