Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and pristine environment throughout their stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy, inviting, and well-maintained. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution. Follow all health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and chemical handling. Assist with inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies and amenities as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial practices enhances performance. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols related to custodial work.
