Job Description:

To clean and stock guest rooms to ensure 5 star standard of cleanliness. Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting heavy mattress. Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room. Perform any other job related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Understands the principles behind providing excellent customer service to guests. Demonstrates organizational skills required for ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner. Is able to perform several tasks at the same time.
