Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hotels and residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests and residents enjoy a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed. Clean bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sanitized and well-maintained. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
