Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, or polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management as needed Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by participating in deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly desirable Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for!
