Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors to uphold a polished appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning visits. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and sanitation procedures to meet specific client or facility requirements. Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed to ensure seamless operations. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation standards, and laundry processes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management is a plus. Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory roles.
