This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and comfort. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Previous hotel, janitorial, or housekeeping management experience is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where professionalism and reliability are valued. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and other specialized cleaning tasks Ensure all sanitation standards are met, adhering to health and safety regulations Restock supplies and organize cleaning equipment for efficient workflow Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction Assist with kitchen duties such as light cooking or meal preparation if required Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal and restroom sanitation Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry operations Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required This position is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and guests.
