JOB SUMMARY

Cleans assigned guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES

Removes dirty bed linens and blanket from bed. Makes bed with clean linens. Vacuums carpet and dusts all surfaces, empties trash. Cleans bathroom. Removes used towels and replaces towels, tissue, and bathroom amenities. Cleans hallways, vacuum carpet, clean windows. Stocks and replenishes cleaning cart with cleaning supplies, tissues, and amenities. Helps folding towels and putting in rooms.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Detail oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and move about for extended periods, walk, reach, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, grasp, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs.
